Point 21 Recovery Telehealth

From initial contact with our team, individuals can complete required forms, make payments, schedule appointments, register for programs, and participate in services all through our secure portal.

Our user-friendly patient portal can facilitate live communication between provider and patient through a HIPAA compliant audio-video interaction using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

TeleHealth SERVICES

Intensive Outpatient / Outpatient Programs

The outpatient programs include assessments, treatment planning, individual and family counseling, cognitive behavioral focused groups, addiction education, coping and problem-solving life skills, recovery management, and relapse prevention.

Screening

Our initial evaluation and substance use screenings are used to evaluate the possible presence of a substance use disorder.

Assessments & Needs

Our comprehensive assessments include a full diagnostic evaluation, determination of needs, as well as clinical interpretive summary and recommendations.

First Offenders Program

Participants in our First Offender program receive addiction education, cognitive behavioral restructuring, accountability awareness, and complete a personalized recovery plan.

R.O.P.E to Recovery Program

The Repeat Offenders Program and Education is designed for the repeat offender. Participants receive a comprehensive Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) assessment, treatment planning, approved substance abuse & life skills groups, addiction education, and individual counseling by licensed or certified substance abuse counselors.

Urinalysis testing is offered on site by appointment only.
